The project space is a long-term workspace provided by Kamay to help you centrally manage materials, maintain context, and collaborate with teams.

What is Project Space?

A project space is an independent workspace where you can:

• Centrally store related materials, brand guidelines, reference documents
• Let AI reference all assets within the project
• Share and collaborate with team members

Project Types

Single Product Operation

Manage all materials and resources for a specific SKU.

Suitable for:

• Generating Amazon main images and A+ pages for a product
• Managing all marketing materials for a product
• Tracking material iteration history for a product

Store brand visual guidelines and assets.

Suitable for:

• Storing brand stories, visual guidelines, brand tonality documents

Work in a Project

Generate Content Based on Project Assets

1. Select assets to reference in the asset directory
2. Enter your request in the conversation panel on the right
3. AI will automatically reference selected assets

How AI Uses Project Context

AI will reference:

• Brand guideline documents in the project
• Visual style of existing materials
• Product information you uploaded
• Project conversation history

Example:

User: Generate an Amazon main image

AI: I notice you are in the "DEWBU Heated Jacket" project,
I will use the project's brand information to generate materials.

Based on the product positioning "The Performance Enabler",
I recommend generating industrial style images.

Team Collaboration

Invite Members

1. Open project settings
2. Click "Invite Members"
3. Enter member email
4. Set permissions (View/Edit)

Collaboration Methods

• Shared Assets: All members can see the same asset structure

How many assets can a project contain?

Depending on your subscription plan, projects have corresponding storage capacity limits. You can view details in account settings.

Can I delete a project?

Yes. Select the project in the project list and click the delete button. After deletion, all assets in the project will also be deleted.

Can a project be renamed?

Yes. In project settings, you can modify the project name and description.

Can I move assets to another project?

Currently, cross-project asset moving is not supported. You can download the asset and re-upload it in another project.
