Browser Extension

The Kamay browser extension helps you quickly capture product information, competitor materials, and social media content directly from your browser.

Installation

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons
2. Search for "Kamay Extension"
3. Click "Add to Browser" to install

Features

Quick Capture

Click the extension icon while browsing to quickly capture:

• Product images and descriptions
• Customer reviews and ratings
• Social media posts and comments
• Competitor materials

Direct to Workspace

Captured content can be sent directly to:

• Conversation Space - For immediate AI analysis
• Project Space - To add to an existing project
• New Project - Create a new project with captured content

Supported Platforms

The extension supports capturing from:

• Amazon (product details, reviews)
• TikTok (videos, comments)
• Instagram (posts, stories)
• Facebook (posts, ads)
• Other e-commerce platforms

How to Use

Capture Product Information

1. Navigate to a product page on Amazon or other e-commerce sites
2. Click the Kamay extension icon
3. Select which content to capture (images, description, reviews)
4. Choose destination (conversation or project)
5. Click "Capture"

Capture Social Media Content

1. Navigate to a social media post
2. Click the Kamay extension icon
3. The extension automatically detects available content
4. Select destination and confirm capture

Organize Captures

All captured content is automatically organized in your Kamay workspace:

• View capture history in the extension popup
• Access captures from the Kamay web app
• Captures include source URL and timestamp

Tips

• Batch Capture: Open multiple tabs and capture from each to build a collection
• Auto-tagging: Captures are automatically tagged based on source platform
• Quick Actions: Right-click on images or text to quickly send to Kamay
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Use Cmd+Shift+K (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+K (Windows) to open quick capture

Privacy

The Kamay extension:

• Only activates when you click the icon or use shortcuts
• Does not collect browsing history
• Only sends data you explicitly choose to capture
• All data is encrypted in transit
