Batch Operations

Batch select, modify, and download assets

When you need to process multiple assets, batch operations can greatly improve efficiency.


Enter Batch Operation Mode

Step 1: Click Multi-Select Button

In the upper right corner of the asset directory, click the multi-select icon (☑).

Step 2: Select Assets

Each asset will show a checkbox, check the assets you want to process.

Selection Methods:

  • Individual selection
  • Click "Select All" to select all assets under current filter

Status Display: Top will show "X assets selected"


Batch Operation Types

Batch Add to Conversation

Purpose: Let AI generate content based on multiple assets

Steps:

  1. Select multiple assets
  2. Click "Add to Conversation"
  3. Assets will appear in the input box
  4. Enter requirements, for example:

    "Based on these competitor materials, generate 5 differentiated main images for our product"


Batch Download

Purpose: Download multiple assets as a package

Steps:

  1. Select multiple assets
  2. Click "Batch Download"
  3. Files will be packaged and downloaded as ZIP

Download Content:

  • Preserve original folder structure
  • Filenames remain unchanged

Batch Modify

Purpose: Let AI modify multiple images

Steps:

  1. Select multiple image assets
  2. Click "Add to Conversation"
  3. Describe modification requirements in the input box, for example:

    "Change the background of all these images to white" "Unify the color tone of these images to industrial style"

AI Will:

  • Generate modified versions for each image
  • Keep other features of the images unchanged

Batch Move

Purpose: Move multiple assets to the same folder

Steps:

  1. Select multiple assets
  2. Click "Move"
  3. Select destination folder
  4. Confirm move

Batch Delete

Purpose: Delete multiple assets at the same time

Steps:

  1. Select multiple assets
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion

Note: Deletion cannot be undone, please proceed with caution.


Batch Operation Examples

Case 1: Batch Generate Different Sizes

Need: Generate one image in multiple platform sizes

Steps:

  1. Select reference image
  2. Add to conversation
  3. Enter requirement:

    "Based on this image, generate versions for different platforms: Amazon 1:1, TikTok 9:16, Instagram 1:1"

Result: AI will generate 3 images with different sizes


Case 2: Batch Apply Style

Need: Unify the style of multiple images

Steps:

  1. Select images to modify
  2. Add to conversation
  3. Enter requirement:

    "Unify the style of these images to industrial style"

Result: AI will apply industrial style to each image


Case 3: Batch Download Backup

Need: Download all images in the project

Steps:

  1. Select "Image" in type filter
  2. Click "Select All"
  3. Click "Batch Download"

Result: All images packaged and downloaded as ZIP


Cancel Selection

Cancel Individual Selection

Click the asset's checkbox to uncheck.

Cancel All Selection

Click "Deselect All" button to cancel all current selections.

Exit Batch Mode

Click the multi-select icon (☑) again to exit batch operation mode.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many assets can I select at once?

Depending on your subscription plan and asset type, there are different limits. Generally, it's recommended not to select more than 50 assets at a time.

Is there a size limit for batch downloaded files?

The size limit for a single ZIP file is 2GB. If exceeded, it's recommended to download in batches.

Will AI process one by one during batch modification?

Yes, AI will generate modified versions for each asset. Processing time will vary based on the number and complexity of assets.

Can I batch rename?

Batch renaming is not currently supported. You can rename each asset individually.
