Asset Management
Add, organize, and manage project assets
The asset directory is the core of project space, helping you organize and manage all related content.
Add Assets
Step 1: Click "Add" Button
In the upper right corner of the asset directory, click the "Add" button.
Step 2: Select Asset Type

| SKU | Product information |
| Report | Analysis reports |
| Image | Image materials |
| Video | Video materials |
Step 3: Upload Files or Create Folders
- Upload Files: Select local files to upload
- Create Folder: Create a new folder to organize assets
Step 4: Fill in Asset Information
- Filename
- Description (optional)
- Tags (optional)
Organize Assets
Create Folders
You can create folders to categorize assets:
Project

- Select assets to move
- Click "Move"
- Select destination folder
- Confirm move
Rename
- Select asset to rename
- Click "Rename"
- Enter new name
- Confirm modification
View Assets
View in Directory
The asset directory displays thumbnails or a list of all assets:
- Folders: Show folder icon and name
- Files: Show thumbnail and filename
View Asset Details
Click any asset to view details in the middle panel:

Type Filtering
Use the top filter to view assets by type:
- All
- SKU
- Report
- Image
- Video
Use Assets
Select Assets
- Click asset name or thumbnail
- Asset will be highlighted
- In the conversation panel on the right, AI will reference selected assets
Add to Conversation
- Select one or more assets
- Click "Add to Conversation"
- Assets will appear in the input box
- You can enter requirements for AI to work based on these assets
Download Assets
- Select assets to download
- Click "Download"
- Files will be saved locally
Delete Assets
Delete Single Asset
- Select asset to delete
- Click "Delete"
- Confirm deletion
Delete Folder
- Select folder to delete
- Click "Delete"
- Folder and its contents will be deleted
Note: Deletion cannot be undone, please proceed with caution.

Depending on your subscription plan, projects have corresponding storage capacity limits. You can view details in account settings.
Can deleted assets be recovered?
Deletion cannot be undone. It's recommended to confirm before deleting, or use the export function to backup important assets.
Can I search for assets in a project?
Yes. Use the search box above the asset directory to search by filename.
What file formats are supported?
Supported formats include:
- Images: jpg, jpeg, png, svg
- Documents: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, md
- Videos: mp4, mov (coming soon)
