Your First Project

Why Use Project Space?

The project space is a long-term workspace provided by Kamay to help you:

• Centralize Materials: Store all related content in one place, no need to repeatedly upload
• Maintain Context: AI can reference all assets within the project
• Team Collaboration: Team members can see the same content structure

Create a Project

Step 1: Open Project Space

Click the "Project" button in the top navigation to enter the project space.

Step 2: Click "New Project"

On the project list page, click the "New Project" button.

Step 3: Fill in Project Information

• Project Name: For example "DEWBU Heated Jacket"
• Project Description: For example "Generate Amazon and TikTok materials for DEWBU brand heated jackets"
• Project Type (optional):
  • Single Product Operation: Manage materials for a specific SKU
  • Brand Building: Store brand guidelines and visual assets
  • Marketing Campaign: Centralize campaign materials

Step 4: Complete Creation

Click the "Create" button and your project is ready.

Add Assets

After creating a project, the left side is the asset directory where you can manually add the content you need.

How to Add Assets

1. Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner of the asset directory
2. Select asset type
3. Upload files or create folders
4. Fill in asset information (name, description, etc.)

Tip: You can create folders to organize assets, for example by stage (research/strategy/materials) or by product line.

Work in a Project

On the right side of the project space is the conversation panel where you can generate new content based on project assets.

Example 1: Generate Variants Based on Existing Materials

Suppose you have already added some product images to the project:

1. Select the images you want to reference in the asset directory
2. Enter in the conversation panel on the right:
   "Based on these product images, help me generate 5 vertical versions suitable for TikTok"

3. Kamay will generate new content referencing your selected images
4. Generated images can be saved to project assets

Example 2: Generate Materials Based on Brand Guidelines

Suppose you have added brand guideline documents to the project:

1. Enter in the conversation panel:
   "According to the brand guideline document, generate an Amazon main image for our heated jacket"

2. Kamay will automatically read the brand guidelines in the project
3. Generate materials that meet brand requirements

Example 3: Analyze Competitors and Generate Creative Ideas

Suppose you have added competitor materials to the project:

1. Select competitor materials in the asset directory
2. Enter in the conversation panel:
   "Analyze the characteristics of these competitor materials, then generate 3 differentiated main images for our product"

3. Kamay will analyze competitors and generate creative suggestions

Manage Project Assets

View Asset Details

Click any asset to view details in the middle panel:

• Reports: Expand to view complete content
• Images: Zoom in to view, supports adding annotations
• Videos: Play to view

Edit Assets

• Images: Click "Edit Image" to add annotations for AI image editing
• Folders: Rename, move, delete

Batch Operations

Click the multi-select button to:

• Batch select assets
• Batch download
• Batch add to conversation for editing

Can conversation space and project space be converted?

You can generate content in conversation space and then save it to project space. Currently, converting project space to conversation space is not supported.

Can a project invite multiple people to collaborate?

Yes, you can invite team members in project settings, and everyone can share project assets and collaborate.

Is there a capacity limit for projects?

Depending on your subscription plan, projects have corresponding storage capacity limits. You can view details in account settings.
